When using pullups as a meat and potatoes movement in a growth phase, do you account for bodyweight gains as rep and load PR’s when tracking the movement?
Yes. I always weigh myself beforehand and when I track pull-ups I always track the total weight I’m using (BW + additional weight). Not everyone will have to be that accurate, but I do. As have a lot of people I’ve worked with.
