Hi, if for example I’m doing chest+delt+tricep workout.
And i want to do pump work, i need to do the pump work separately? Finish heavy work for chest and then before moving to delt (heavy work) I’m doing the pump work for the chest?
Or i should do all of the pump work for all the muscle that i wanted at the end of the workout?
