Pump work

    Hey coach

    I was wondering if there would be a difference on the effect Id get if I removed lets say 1 exercise off of my program for each body part, to just add some drop sets or cluster sets to those straight sets.

    For example Id do 4 total exercises for back with a top set back off set style and Im thinking of just doing 3 but doing an intensifier on the back off set.
    Im thinking of doing this to delts and arms as well

    Would you suggest doing this or doing more straight sets is better
