I am on the 5 th week of the MRS.. program and was wondering when to start adding pump work because it’s optional on the end of the workout but I don’t know when to add it in the end of my workouts . Or should I just wait until I get to the 3 block of the program.
Great thank you 1 more question . How do you know what pump work is best to do ? I mean do you pick one gear towards your goals? Say maybe shoulders so I pick a shoulder pump ? Do you choose 2 or more ? . Do you choose something that is not frequent in the program for recovery? I’m sorry if these questions are silly but just a little lost on this and I would really love to learn and absorb everything I can from your coaching
Also watched his video on pump work as well but the questions I have were not answered. And I saw in the comments below the video that a lot of the members had similar questions as well maybe a 2 video can be done would absolutely love that.
