I was wondering if pump work for a certain muscle should be on the same workout of that same muscle or it could be even on the other days on which that specific muscle isn’t worked?
I’m guessing it could be done if there’s atleast some degree of adequate recovery for a day or two, but what if, let’s say, I was doing chest on monday and the very next day is scheduled chest pump work? And besides that, few days later is chest again.
Should I then just rather move my pumpwork on the muscle group matching days?
