Hey! I have a doubt on ARMaggedon routine.
When pumpwork is prescribed, it says “sets: 3” and listed as A1 A2 A3.
Are these 9 sets total? Or just 3 sets?
Today was leg day and Split squats almost killed me lol. I did only 2 sets of each (6sets total)
But i wanted to clarify it.
Also, how can i let my back out of the movement? I always get my erectors pumped first no matter what I do.
