Sorry to bother u guys again im confused with the term pump work! I have finished a PPL session & the app asks for pump work i have watched the video in the guidence section but still dont understand (sorry im slow) lol does it mean doing more or additional exercises but for more reps to get a pump do dropsets supersets partials etc?
if so how do i structure pick 1 a Exercise is it per body part i worked??
