    Hello Coaches

I know John Meadow are big fan of doing pump work like (dropset, cluster set, iso-hold and so on) after his first hamstring exercise to get so musch blood in his hamstrings.
My question is will it decrease to much of the progression in my other exercises?

    example leg workout:

    Seated Leg Curls:
    Progression overload:
    1 set: 5-8 reps 2: 8-10 reps
Pump work like double dropset + Isohold

Hack Squat (don’t have pendul squat in my gym)
    Progression overload:
    1 set: 6-8 2 set: 8-12 reps

    Lying leg curl:
    Progression overload:
    1 set: 6-8 reps 2 set: 8-12 reps

    DB. Bulgarien split squat:
    Progression overload:
1 set: 10 reps each leg and doing a crazy dropset like 3 drops + Isohold

    example:
    1 set: 30kg – 10 reps + 10 sec isohold
    dropset 1: 26kg – 8-10 reps + 10 sec isohold
    dropset 2: 22kg – 8-10 reps + 10 sec isohold
    dropset 3: 18 kg – 8-10 reps +10 sec isohold
