2 questions in one post,, i see on the program outline For pec augmentation it references no pump work for the first 4(ish) weeks I believe. My push and chest days have pump work in them without an option to delete. Is this a user error (and I shouldn’t be doing the pump work) or is it programmed in.
Also, did a show back in june and got down to around 4.5% BF, had a weak midsection, should i be hitting abs semi regularly to try and develop it?
Perfect thank you so much! New to the app and still working my way around it. For the ab exercises is there no way to add it from the exercise selection, should i use the exercises from the TV guide?
One last question if im having minimal soreness (i.e. my hamstrings) is it OK to train that body part. Ive heard that minimal overlapping soreness isn’t a huge issue but wanted to get your take on it.
Lastly, sorry for all the questions, if i’m on the pec augmentation program is it detrimental to add in another day (i.e. arm day or shoulders) rather than just circling back to my first day of programming again?
