At the end of my pull day I wanted to add in extra bicep work instead of back work. The last exercise is the single arm preacher curl with the double drop but j would like to add more to it. You think it will be too much to add pump work after already doing 3 sets and the double drop? Or should I substitute the pump work for the single arm preacher? (Even though I still want to keep it in to continue to progress on it) thank you!
