I’ve wanted to ask about exercise order in push/chest workouts in your programs. I’m sorry if the answer is somewhere in the video portion of the app, and I just didn’t get to it – if so, please, just let me know where can I look for it.
Specific exercises I’m talking about are big push movements and a fly. In the workouts I’ve seen here, there is one big push movement, like BB or DB press, then fly and then the other press. May I ask – what is the reason behind putting the fly – which in my mind is more of a “isolation” movement – between the compound presses, and not getting the presses first and then “kill” the muscle with an exercise that targets it more specifically and easly (that is at least how I feel)?
