Hey Joe
On push day let’s say there are two pressing motions for the pecs(flat,incline)and one overhead pressing motion for the delts
I notice when i perform incline presses my front delts get really sore the next day(along upper pec)
So,because almost every time overhead presses(any type) feel really bad,do you think it is ok to exclude the overhead press(my opinion i believe is ok because by my experience front delts get massively worked on incline presses)
