I’m currently doing a push pull legs routine ( three on one off repeat.) Is there a way to modify the existing template (ps I’ve never claimed to be smart) so that I’m able to go through the PPL sequence , twice in one week before it advances to the next week….
*God I hope that makes sense…if not just delete this question. I’ll stop over complicating it and get back to training, sleeping and weighing my food. 💪
