Hey Joe. Still working my way through all the videos etc. so this may have been answered somewhere already but had a look ahead at the PPL program im following and just wondering, for the full 12 weeks do the exercises all stay the same but only the reps and sets change?
I think so pretty much yeah. How I think about it is why change it if aint broken in other words if the exercise is good why would we change it to something that necessarily isnt as good.
