Started push pull leg programme had to change some of the exercises for example cable flys to dumbbell flys, looking ahead at tomorrows pull session supported vbar row would supported dumbbell row be a good substitute?. I workout from a home studio and I have no access to machines. I only have free weights the kit I have is barbell and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, squat rack, bench, pull up bar and as previously said a single cable pulley. Any exercise recommendation you feel that would be more beneficial to swap the machine exercises for?

I actually had the same question in regards to not having access to a lying leg curl machine, hack squat, or even a leg press as you suggested in the previous audio. Was trying to figure out the best options for the leg day. I live in a small town and our gym was put out of business due to covid. I will attach what I built in March for my home setup and it would be great if you had some alternate suggestions! I did my best to design my gym around your exercises!

Would I just divide the volume in half if I wanted to hit the PPL twice a week?

Hey, starting the program this week but don’t have access to chest supported t bar. Only have barbell and plates, flat bench and dual pulley cables! What would be the best switch? Also would I just log that switch in the same exercise?

Hey Joe. Hope your well. Wanted to know if you have a program that is Push/Pull looking for high reps. As I train in kickboxing and not looking to get Huge
