    Hey team,

    I’ve found that I respond well to training programs that are 3 days on, 1 day off/cardio, repeat.

    In the video introduction for Push Pull Lower you mention that it’s flexible in terms of scheduling the split. If I wanted to do it 3 days on, 1 day off, would you recommend that I repeat each “week” twice as to not move through 6 weeks of programming in 3.5 weeks? Or how would you recommend I schedule it?

    Just found Haitham’s thread which pretty much answered this question. Sounds like I might just repeat each week twice and see how that feels.

    Yes many have been repeating the week two times in a single week
