I have a question regarding this program..
I think of myself as an intermediate/advanced lifter, and 3 days of program is just to little for me.. in case i want to do a 3 days split 2 times, with 1 day of rest in between, how do i log my workouts?
Example.. its my week 1. Do i just hit the same workouts i did that are already “completed”? Couse i can’t “add” the same push/pull/lower workout that i already did to the same week, only the other custom workouts that you designed for the app.
