Push/pull/lower

    Coach, you recommended going with programs for months on end. I am currently on week 7 of the push pull lower.
    However I’m feeling a bit fatigued so I was wondering if I can go back to week 1 (lower volume) as a deload week and then go back to week 8?

    Got it!, I think I will go that route. For those days off can I maybe do a little boxing since I’m into that or would you recommend completely off?
