I am doing your Push , Pull , Lower Programs twice a week. The first days are going good performance is very good but when it comes to twice means day 4 Push performance is very low why this happening sir
I am on PEDs also ANAWAR 20 mg /day
Testosterone E. 250 weekly
Getting 9-10 hours of sleep
My weight is 74 kg
Protein intake 200 kg
Carbs – 350
Fats. – 60-65
