Hello HC forum,
Could someone give me constructive criticism towards my push pull lower program. For me it works wonders, however every person is different and therefore I would like to ask if there is something you personally would chance and why? Volume wise or maybe more compound movements etc. Personally I am not a fan of too much compound movements and I like unilateral work. Also for shoulders I only do rear delt flys/facepulls and lateral raises. Any front delt work is overkill in my opinion, but I would like to hear someone else’s experience with this. Thanks in advance.
