1. Can I just start with phase 3 if nutrition and recovery is 100%?
2. Can I train phase 3 2on1off? Or push pull off legs off repeat?
3. Can I swap chest supported row for single arm cable rows? Maybe chest supported too? My game has only matrix machines, so I try to avoid them.
4. What would be a good substitute for the pulldown machine?
5. Can I ditch the dumbell presses for barbells?
6. Can I ditch the push machine work for Reverse banded smith?
