Just a quick question this time – why there isn’t any shoulder pressing movement in PPL 2.0 as a “meat and potato” exercise?
I was told that you need to have a strong press (in certain range of reps) if you want some big shoulders 👀🤷🏽♂️.
Also, could you please explain the difference between pull days A & B?
So far the program is great 👌🏽
Because what you have been told is a lie, you dont need overheadpress strength for delt hypertrophy
That’s like saying that you don’t need any kinds of presses for chest, but you do. If that isn’t the case, everyone would be just doing flyes.
My point is, if there are compound and isolation exercises for bigger muscles in a program, why is there none for the smaller ones?
