So I just started the push pull lower 2.0 and i noticed that on Pull B it’s programmed both machine pulldown and one arm cable pulldown, aren’t these acomplishing basicly the same movement pattern? These also substitute eachother when changing to recommended exercise. For me this workout seems really lat dominant with 3 exercises that target mainly the lats, and i’m worried about not getting enough weekly volume for the upper back. Would it be suitable to replace either of these exercises with i.e a T-Bar row to get a more «complete» workout for the entire back?
Also, earlier when i used the original push pull lower program i had to substitute machine pulldowns with ome arm cable pulldowns because my gym does not have a good machine pulldown, closest i can get is a hammer strenght high row machine and attach D handles, would this be any good?
