    I’m sure this has been asked before, I am just confused about how to schedule the workouts in PPL 2.0

    Do I try to fit all 6 workouts into a single week or do I split up the A and B workouts into alternating weeks? IE Week 1: push A, pull A, lower A. Week 2: push B, pull B, Lower B

     

    Any help with this is appreciated!

    I’m no expert but I’m doing it over one week, 6 workouts.
    That’s how it’s written along the top bar of the program, week 1 week 2 etc

    It says if you drop down the split:

    So if you drop it down for the first 2 phases it’s ON ON OFF ON ON OFF etc (so it runs a little over a week) Phase 3 is ON OFF ON OFF

    That answers my question. It looked like it ran over in terms of days per week and that just confused me a bit.

    Bryce also said in response to another PPL2 question is the programming days is written for the masses to it’s really individual on your recovery. I think I typed in ‘PPL’ in the forum search as I was looking for information or ‘Phase 3’ to find some more answers from Bryce. Worth a look 👍
