    Hey there,

    I’m just going to be starting the push-pull-lower program. I’m an intermediate lifter looking to cut some weight while maintaining/gaining mass. I noticed the program is a 3 day split. I’m used to more lifts a week. Is there a recommendation if I wanted to make this a 4-5 day split? Or is it advised to stick with 3 and smack cardio on the off days?

    Thanks Bryce! Looking at the split itself I do see the ability to add workouts or create your own and sprinkle them in. Very helpful thank you!
