    What is the recommended rest days on this program? Is it a 3 or 6 day run?

    I tend to do the 3 workouts then follow it by picking 3 different workouts that you can add in. Keeps it all fresh but enough consistency to be able to track progress!

    Thanks Bryce and Jack. I appreciate the feedback and information.

    Also, I am at the end of a push/pull program by another trainer that after a set 6 weeks you take a de-load. I will be performing a minimal – low exercise week next week and did not know if I wanted to jump into this or something else. I selected this program in my app and now can’t back out?
