Female 38- Just started this with a day on day off pattern. From previous experience (age 25 to 31 amateur natty) my legs were always the week point. Training them twice a week (1 heavy, 1 high rep) made a difference. Suggestions for a secondary lower workout appreciated. Rotating Pull/Lower/Push/Lower? Thanks in advance. J
Thank you Bryce 👍 No training partners allowed in my gym right now. Unfortunately in a bit of a lone wolf situation where I live. Will be patient and no problem going to failure with the use of safety’s. Maybe one day I’ll find a training partner not afraid to 🤢😁 or workout with a woman. 🤷♀️ Ego is a funny thing….
