Second is a question, maybe this question have been asked around and I’m sorry if I ask again, how many days per week should we do the split, from the program it seems a total 3 days/ week, is that correct ?
I’m asking because I want to follow the program step by step to educate myself in recovery and output in the gym.
Third question, why after I started a program everything is basically locked ? I assume is because I’m in a current program ? Or do I need to become an annual member?
