Push pull lower set up

    I want to start the push pull lower program since that is my split currently. However I have 5 days a week to train and 2 set rest days being on Tuesdays and Saturdays due to my schedule. How would I go about this within the app? Sunday-Push, Monday-pull, Tuesday rest, Wednesday lower, Thursday push, Friday pull, Saturday rest, and then pick up where I left off at lower on Sunday to start the next week?
