Your thought on push pull lower upper lower for a 19 year old with about 2 years of workout experience? I’m used to doing push pull lower 6x per week with high volume and I’m not used to lower volume and I was wondering if you’ve ever had this situation of wanting to do more volume? And how would you structure the upper day would you switch chest and back or do all chest then back then smaller muscles??? And lastly I have been training harder and pushing my sets closer to failure with less volume and I’m really liking it but i was wondering where a good place to start would be for volume? Around 15 sets per body part per week? Thank you so much for your reply it means so much!
