Push pull lower workout seems too short??

    New member, just got started with push pull lower today. Is set to train 3 times per week. I am used to train at least 5 week days (some times Saturdays too). Should I just not train 2 days and stick to 3 or should I fix my own those two days?. I am worried about overdoing it. So far 1st day felt heavy but easy. I’ve been lifting for many years now BTW, not new to it.

    Check out Joe’s video on programing off days. It’s in the guidance section. I can train ppl2x in 1 week if u wish.

    Hey, for the Guidance section, the link doesn’t work via the website. Is it possible to make that available rather than all through app? Less time on the phone the better 🙂
