New member, just got started with push pull lower today. Is set to train 3 times per week. I am used to train at least 5 week days (some times Saturdays too). Should I just not train 2 days and stick to 3 or should I fix my own those two days?. I am worried about overdoing it. So far 1st day felt heavy but easy. I’ve been lifting for many years now BTW, not new to it.
