I really want to have a compound press for triceps in my push day. Why does your push days don’t have one ? Is it to much pressing in your opinion ? Or do you think its not needed ? I would really like to hear your opinion on that.
Ok thanks a Joe ! So Iv I can feel my triceps good in some exercises it would be ok to have a third compound. Maybe dips, JM press or close grip Swiss bar presses. I give it a try and see what happens.
