Curious what the complications are from pushing from your toes while doing hack squats. Been doing the tibialis anterior flex drills you teach to improve dorsiflexion but I’m still pretty far from keeping my heels on the platform while hacking. I use the wedges to support the heels but even with, my heels still come up on some reps. Curious what the concerns are with pushing from the toes….thanks!
