Hey Joe. At my gym I don’t have access to a Smith machine. The program doesn’t allow a swap of the exercise. I was thinking for the JIM smith press I could swap it out for a flat barbell press with chains on the end. The weight gets heavier as you come higher with the bar with each link of the chain coming off the ground. Ya the most creative thing I can think of to replicate that exercise to the best of my abilities. Do you think that’s an “ok” swap? Thank you for your time
