I have 2 leg days – one being hams/glutes, and the other quads. Normally I have the ham/glute day on Tuesday morning, then the quad day Friday afternoon.
After a couple weeks traveling and out of normal training routine, like a ding dong, I went right back to 2 working sets of all ham/glute exercises. Shocker, now I’m still pretty sore in the hamstrings 3 days later.
I’m wondering if it would be best to give it another day to wait and train quads tomorrow instead? Though I’m not sure the DOMS will be fully gone by then either.
Any advice would be appreciated here, thank you!
