if you could only pick one movement, would you do the pendulum or reverse banded hack?

I have tried the hacks but I find that it puts a lot of pressure on my knees at the very bottom of the squat. I am able to go ATG.

On the pendulum though, I am able to go ATG pain free.

In terms of mechanics, the only difference between hack and pendulum would be the hip extension on the way up I suppose? Hence it does not influence much on the quad development am I right?
