Quad Help

    Joe,
    I just got my MRI back on my knees and my doctor said I have some minor issues with my cartilage. He is telling me that I should not be going deeper than 90 Degrees with my legs.

    I am currently doing push, pull, lower. Is there any modifications you would recommend to still be able to grow my quads without needing to do deep hack squats or deep safety bar squats?

    Sucks cause im only 28. I guess I’ve really wrecked my legs over 13 years of training.

    Any help would be great. Thanks
