I am running Armageddon as my first program. My left quad is noticeably larger than my right. If relevant, this is has always been the case due to 15 years of daily tennis, I haven’t play for years but the size difference persists.
Post leg day my left quad also seems to be quite a bit more sore than my right quad, leading me to believe it’s only exacerbating the imbalance. My hamstrings don’t have this problem.
Do I need to adjust the leg day on this program to do unilateral work? Any suggestions?
I currently just try to focus on mind muscle connection on my right quad a little more.
