Hey, is it optimal to train quads three days for the week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And then on my upper body days which would be Tuesday and Saturday to do hamstring and glutes work? Like seated hamstring curls, hip thrust and RDL’S?
For quads I do, leg extension, hack squats, single leg leg press and then double leg. Sometimes I’ll do heel elevated squats but I finish with bulgarians. Most of them are three working sets between 8-10 reps per set.
