Hi , I was wondering what does it mean when your quads do not get sore. I train quads very hard . I start off with leg extension then go into hack squat & leg press and ect. I give quads it’s own day, but for some reason I’m not sore at all. But I see my quads are growing which is very weird.

Being sore does not equal growth, it’s the same for sweating. You could have a great workout and not be sweating at the end. For legs that would be very hard, but. Lots of factors play into it, you’re recovery could be good enough to where you won’t be sore, or you could be walking enough to where the toxins get cycled through your blood and destroyed. I’m sure coaches will give a better answer, but as long as you see growth, I don’t know why you wouldn’t be happy.

I have the same problem but with my back i don’t really pay attention to it. All i do is take photos of it and check my progress, Even without getting sore im still growing. So take photos and compare if you’re really worried about it
