    Hey Joe and Bryce!

    Hope you are doing well! I wanted to ask when training the quads lets say I am trying to do a hack squat and the machine is perfect etc, what is more important factor in training the quads achiving full knee flexion or getting the knees to travel as far forward as possible? Obv the best is the combination of both but not everyone is mobile enough to do that?
