I was wondering in the p/p/l there is no leg Extension in Lower day. I know the most gainz wil come from a good squat/leg press pattern.
But as secundaire Quad Excercise I see the hacksquat banded version. But that’s the same movement pattern as the squat/leg press right?
But a legextention has the moment arm as it’s heaviest when the Quad is constracted en the leg fully extended.
The extended and contracted quad has in the squat far less activation I can imagen
Do you recommend to add a extra leg Extension or swap the hack squat from it?
