Hey, I just took a look at Joes PPL-program (1.0 I suppose) and in the intro video he says that Week 1 and 2 are the beginner part of the program and after that – in Week 3 and 4 – intensifiers and sets to failure are added. But in the actual workouts I dont see any of that up until Week 5?

Just trying to make sure that I am not missing something?

    Cheers!

Yes, this is what I was referring to as well in my post, just before yours. The only change over the weeks is a decrease from 3 sets to 2 in the large compound lifts. All the exercise remain exactly the same with no addition of intensifiers. My program appears to be 6 weeks in duration. I am not sure if this is correct.

If I’m not mistaken the RiR changes from 2 or 1 to 0? Meaning you take that set to absolute failure and have zero reps in reserve:)

Rir changes to 0 and isolation exercises have dropsets. The programs should last 12 weeks. There has been some bugs around that only show 6 weeks or so. If it doesnt say 12 weeks for that ppl program the contact support.

It has 12 weeks but the RIR doesn’t change before week 5 contrary to what Joe said in the video
