So on the Terrence program there are reverse days. Some exercises on there repeat. For example on a push day there would be a incline press as the first exercise and then on a reverse push day, a incline smith would be later on in the workout. My question is how would you log the weight here?
On a regular push day, you would have more energy for the incline smith that you would lift heavier weight. On a reverse day, you’re already tiring your triceps and shoulders before you hit the incline smith so the weight should technically be lower?
I guess during a reverse day, would you take the weight from a regular push day and push that amount, or should you base it off this specific day and work on it weekly as opposed to each workout?
