    Hi Joe,

In the video you mentioned Dips, Close Grip Bench Press and Cable Elbow Extensions as your favourite triceps hypertrophy movements. Some coaches feel like it’s necessary to include an specific exercise to work the long head of the triceps, which I think is generally an overhead movement (maybe a skullcrusher type movement too), where the shoulder is in flexion. What is your stance on this? Do you feel it’s necessary or do these movements take care of it? Or maybe if you do overhead pressing and overhead pulling it’s already taken care of?

Also, if we were to do Skullcrushers with a neutral grip bar, is it useful to add chains/bands to make it a better profile?

Thanks a lot, I love this “best exercises” videos, hopefully you’ll do all body parts, that would be awesome so we can all get super jacked.

    Best,

    Agustin.

Thanks Joe, awesome answer! You just missed the last question: if we were to do Skullcrushers with a neutral grip bar (with good alignment), is it useful to add chains/bands to make it a better profile? Thanks =)
