I want to build my legs up and get them much bigger than they are currently. They have significantly grown over the last few months from training them twice a week with the workouts including: high bar squat, RDL,lying leg curl and hack squats. I want to try a new program from my current pull/push/legs/rest/upper/legs/rest and have been considering the upper/lower program with adding a delt day in. My question is I’ve noticed both the anti flamingo program and upper/lower have two leg days and use large meat and potato movements, but the upper lower allows training frequency of the upper body twice a week. Would the upper/lower still allow my legs to grow very quickly compared to the specifically designed anti flamingo program ?
