    Hey Bryce,

    Quick question about full body. I watched the intro video and it mentions about sets being at its highest in phase 1 and dropping in phase 2 but increasing intensity. Like linear periodization.

    However, I notice I did 16 sets for chest and back (each) in total for the week in phase 1, and in phase 2 I’m now doing 18 sets for each of those body parts in total.

    This is a purely educational question for me, but I’ve read on periodization and does this style fit into any particular model? I always thought it was volume at its highest at the start and the volume and intensity gradually increasing/ decreasing respectively.

    Anyway, just wanted to learn more 🙂 loving the program

    Thanks Bryce! Seemed like a bit of a weird question to ask when I wrote it. But I think I’m too literally trying to apply theories I read to how I’m trying, when I think you guys are pushing me to think a bit more outside the box and create my own style
