Hi joe, love your app and wish I knew about it sooner, anyways I was just wondering if there’s a specific reason to why you set the rep ranges for most of the exercise to 6-8reps at the start of different programme and is that adjustable because I quite like 8-10 reps for my training or would you suggest me sticking to your rep ranges? Thank you Joe

Following up with my question above, if I were to stick with the rep ranges of 6-8 at the start of the programme, should I be using a weight that I can only do 6-8 reps with rir 1 cause that would be pretty heavy. Thank you

Hey Joe I have a similar question about reps. running the delt specialization program and I’ve heard you say it ramps up in intensity week 5 and 6 but it’s felt easier for me because the sets went down from 3 to just 2 and the rep ranges have increased from anywhere between 5 -12 to 8-20 which consequently has made me lighten some of the weight to hit higher reps. The heavier weight felt more taxing and of course the extra set felt harder too. Am I following the program correctly?
