Love the app. Tons of useful info and guidance to really educate.
Not sure if I’m just missing it, but I have a question on starting weights and how much to progress each set/session?
I don’t want to feel like I’m cheating myself out of progress, because I can’t get my percentages where they should be. Any chance the app, in the future tells us what we should be lifting for each exercise?
Any guidance on what % to start with and jump to?
