Hey Joe
Do you think a meal frequency of 4 per day is going to actually stress the kidneys more(higher protein in each meal) or do you think there is no problem if i still follow the 1g/lb principal
Also hiw to go about eating a meal with a protein shake
Drink it before/sips during or after for best absoption
Also do you think high protein at the last meal of the day will have any added benefits
Thanks
Also i have found whey protein incredibly efficient for getting in protein.I have seen somewhere(don’t remember) that high protein content via liquid form can cause extra pressure to the kidneys
Do you think that is true?

Hey Joe! I am following the split you set for Terrance. Any update to it? Explain the water shed process that some use and how it equates to show prep for us.
I am prepping for the Texas Cup in December and I want to stay current to any updated. Thanks
Hi Joe,
I thought about something after watching your HCU content about accommodating resistance theory.
I’m just saying what came to my mind so maybe the answer is pretty simple but I wanted to know your opinion.
Let’s say I’m doing a regular DB press with a weight that train effectively the bottom 2/3 range of the movement (just before the smooth part that feel super easy).
Should I rather stay in that 2/3 ROM to increase time under tension and let go of a complete third of the ROM ?
Or would it be better to perform full ROM even if the top third is undertrained but still receive a small amount of stimulus ?
I hope what I just wrote is understandable.
